Villa Xanthippi is an impressive property built on the highest point of a hill, overlooking Agia Paraskevi’ beach and Island of Evia. The villa shares a pool surrounded by lavish gardens.The property has 4 studios and 2 apartments (split level).
A kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge is included in all accommodation types . Each air-conditioned unit has a TV (LED 28 ‘) and a private bathroom with shower.
Free umbrellas and sun loungers are offered around the pool, and guests benefit from free public Wi-Fi access.
Villa Xanthippi and Villa Polytimi are just off the main road of Agia Paraskevi, 8 km from Skiathos Town. Staff can arrange car rental and free on-site parking is also provided.Coast/Beach
The nearest beach of Agia Paraskevi is a short 500 m walk from the villa. It is large and sandy with a stretch devoted to a range of water sports including water-skiing and jet-skiing. Other, quieter parts of the beach are ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing.
The most well-known beach of Skiathos, Koukounaries, is 4 Km from our Villa.
How to get there
Guests would ideally fly to the airport of Skiathos which is only 9 km from the villa.
Alternatively, if you travel over by ferry, the port is a mere 8 km. Either way, it will only take you between 10-15 min by car to reach us.
Moreover you can reach us by bus .
Kindly note that the property is situated at the top of a hill, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

A number of local convenience stores, supermarkets and banks can be found both in town and at Agia Paraskevi.
