Villa Xanthippi is an impressive property built on the highest point of a hill, overlooking Agia Paraskevi’ beach and Island of Evia. The villa shares a pool surrounded by lavish gardens.The property has 9 studios ,4 apartments (split level) and one 2 bedrooms apartment.
A kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge is included in all accommodation types . Each air-conditioned unit has a TV (LED 28 ‘) and a private bathroom with shower free public Wi-Fi access.
Villa Xanthippi is just off the main road of Agia Paraskevi, 8 km from Skiathos Town. Staff can arrange car rental and free on-site parking is also provided.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach of Agia Paraskevi is a short 500 m walk from the villa. It is large and sandy with a stretch devoted to a range of water sports including water-skiing and jet-skiing. Other, quieter parts of the beach are ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing.

Location Skiathos

Skiathos is a charming, cosmopolitan island in the Aegean Sea, mostly famous for its wonderful sandy beaches, the green nature and the vivid nightlife, especially in the streets of Skiathos Town. The southern side of the island hosts a large number of golden beaches, such as Koukounaries, Banana, Vromolimnos, Agia Paraskevi, and more. Most of these beaches are organized with sunbeds, umbrellas, water sports centers, restaurants and beach bars.

The beaches on the northern side of Skiathos island, including Aselinos and Xanemo, are less popular and offer more privacy.
